Meet Brianna Wicinski

Since the beginning of my career, I have gained knowledge and expertise as a healthcare provider in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I excel in providing care to a variety of individuals, including emergency, intensive care, medical-surgical, correctional, and psychiatric populations.
THROUGH THESE EXPERIENCES, I BECAME INCREASINGLY AWARE OF THE SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ITS IMPACT ON PHYSICAL HEALTH AND OVERALL WELLBEING.
While supporting my patients in overcoming their physical and emotional challenges, I developed a passion for working with individuals struggling with mental health disorders and thoroughly enjoy educating & empowering my patients to strengthen their mental health throughout their healing journey.
Meet Taryn Weiler
MSN, PMHNP-BC
Taryn Weiler is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Illinois, with over 12 years of nursing experience, caring for patients in a multitude of settings. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is passionate about delivering empathetic, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults.
Taryn provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive care for a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and mood disorders. Her approach is holistic and person-centered, always focused on understanding each individual’s unique story, goals, and strengths.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Taryn brings lived experience to her work—offering a deeper level of empathy, insight, and connection with those she serves. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
In her spare time, she fills her cup with the simple things—a good show, a delicious meal, a little sunshine, and quality time with the people she loves most. She’s a proud dog mom and deeply values her many roles outside of work: daughter, sister, auntie, niece, and granddaughter.
Taryn currently offers care throughout Illinois via telehealth and in-person.
